Hello Everyone,
I wanted to let everyone know that I will be having a Kickstarter campaign launch party this Wednesday the 6th at 3 pm est for my new comic book Poe Macabre Master issue #1. I will be talking live about my love for Poe, the book itself , and all the rewards available. There will be a limited early bird reward that you will not want to miss! Be sure to visit my page on Wednesday at 3 to check it out!
This will be the first issue of a 3 part limited series released by Bardstone Publishing. Each issue will feature 24 full color pages of comic adaptions of iconic Poe poems and short stories. As my good friend "Red" describes below, the adaptions will add a new twist to the classic tales you already know and love. Issue #1 will feature The Raven, Lenore. A Dream, Spirits of the Dead, and The Lake. Each story in this issue is illustrated and written by Kevin E Meinert. The book will be printed with the highest quality paper by the fantastic team at Ready Comics.
There are some amazing rewards available including 4 different print covers, a sketch cover, a 4x6 METAL print, and original art used to create the book. Covers include a Kickstarter Exclusive cover that will only be available through the kickstarter. The ultra limited edition cover hand numbered to only 25! Also a wonderful "The Raven" variant cover by Bardstone artist Scott Zambelli. There is also the standard cover, and a hand drawn sketch cover available. The Sketch cover will have a one of a kind hand drawn cover by Kevin E Meinert.
